An outfit entirely made out of scratch tickets, cut up into fringe to create texture. The lottery tickets are sewn—not glued—in rows to allow for garment movement and to eliminate stiffness. The dress also features custom hand-screen printed lining fabric depicting the backing of the lottery tickets and oversized metal novelty coins repurposed as earrings.
